We all hope that the quality of concrete used is very good, but there are many factors that affect the product quality of automatic feeding concrete mixer. What are the factors?
1、 The selection of raw material quality is accurate
1. Aggregate: coarse and fine aggregate must be sampled and inspected according to the regulations, and can be used only after passing the inspection. The coarse aggregate shall be gravel or pebble with reasonable gradation, good grain shape and uniform and firm texture, and various indexes of coarse aggregate shall meet the requirements of relevant standards and specifications; the content of mud and clay block shall be controlled, and timely detection shall be carried out. The unqualified ones shall not enter the site for unloading.
2. Cement: sampling inspection must be carried out for cement entering the site according to the regulations. Standard consistency and temperature test shall be carried out for each batch of cement entering the site in time. If there is any doubt about the quality, it is forbidden to enter the warehouse, and other index tests shall be continued. The cement that fails to pass the inspection is not allowed to enter the site. It is strictly forbidden to directly use the non digested hot cement in the project. The used cement should be traced and the "cement use traceability table" should be filled in.
3. Mineral admixture: according to the requirements of relevant standards and specifications for testing. The laboratory should master the quality changes of mineral admixtures at any time. When mineral admixtures enter the site, water demand ratio, loss on ignition and fineness test must be carried out, and the qualified products can be put into the warehouse; and the comparison with the previous test results should be paid attention to determine the quality fluctuation and ensure the engineering quality.
4. Admixtures: when admixtures enter the site, inspection and testing shall be strengthened to check whether the following contents are indicated on the package of admixtures at obvious positions: product name, model, net content or volume, name of manufacturer, date of production and factory number; whether the contents marked on the package are consistent with the product manual and certificate provided by the manufacturer; Whether the liquid admixture precipitates precipitates and whether it exceeds the validity period.
2、 The mix proportion of concrete should be correct.
3、 The weighing system in the mixing plant should be accurate.
